Q:
How is the product warranty?
A:
We provide 2 years parts warranty on different product lines. However, you should contact the seat manufactures and installers in most of warranty inquires.
Q:
How do I know the massage system and heat element is on?
A:
Press power or heat button, LED should go on and the system is ready to use.

If the system is NOT on,
  1. Please be sure the fuse is not burned or damaged. Fuse holder is usually located under the seat.
  2. Make sure the hand control wand is connected properly. Dot to Dot.
  3. Any system tampering may void the warranty. Please contact seat vendors for assistance. We only handle warranty claims to our authorized installers and seat manufactures.
