How long does it take to install Massage Seating?
A:
Depending on your vehicle, installation of an "in seat" unit can usually take about 2 hours. Our authorized technician will first ask you to sit in the seat and take measurements to insure that the massage motors are properly placed to suit your body type. Then he will proceed with the installation.
Q:
Can I install a Massage Seating unit in my car myself?
A:
No. RoadComfort "in seat" Massage Seating is best installed by a professional and units are only sold to authorized installers.
Q:
Can I get massage seating installed in my leased vehicle?
A:
Many dealerships are now offering massage seating as an upgrade in a lease. In most cases, you can certainly INCLUDE it in a lease.

However, it is considered a significant upgrade to the vehicle, and increases the value of the vehicle. IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT, you should consult with the company who leased you the vehicle first.
Q:
I have expensive leather seating in my car. Can I get a massage unit installed in it?
A:
Of course! We even have dealers who specialize in nothing but luxury cars. Our method of installation does not damage your seating in any way. If you have any concerns as to the qualifications of one our dealers feel free to contact us.

Do I have to get a new seat in my car for RoadComfort?
A:
NO! Our trained installers can easily install our Massage Seating in your existing seat.
Q:
Will Massage Seating drain my battery?
A:
NO! A RoadComfort Massage Seating unit only uses 3 amps. Our power-saving feature automatically turns off the unit after 15 minutes to help prevent battery drain should you forget to turn it off after shutting off your vehicle. Under normal usage, you will notice no effect on the performance of your vehicle.
Q:
Can I move the massage seating units from one vehicle to another?
A:
Although it is possible, massage seating is considered to be a significant upgrade to your vehicle. If you are reselling your vehicle, massage seating is a valuable selling feature to a potential buyer - and will raise the perceived value of the vehicle.

Can Relaxor® massage seating be installed in all vehicle seating?
A:
Yes, in our experience. RoadComfort can be retrofitted into most seating applications. We´ve installed seats in everything from economy sedans to luxury cars - from limousines to motor coaches - from RVs to Aircraft - from professional trucks to vehicles for the physically challenged - AND MORE!

How is the product warranty?
A:
We provide 2 years parts warranty on automotive aftermarket. However, you should contact the seat manufactures and installers in most of warranty inquires.

How do I know the massage system and heat element is on?
A:
Press power or heat button, LED should go on and the system is ready to use.

If the system is NOT on,
1. Please be sure the fuse is not burned or damaged. Fuse holder is usually located under the seat.
2. Make sure the hand control wand is connected properly. Dot to Dot.
3. Any system tampering may void the warranty. Please contact seat vendors for assistance. We only handle warranty claims to our authorized installers and seat manufactures.
